Terms of use
About these terms
This website is operated by MB Computers, the trading name of Matthew Brown, sole trader, trading as Tweed Telecom. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information, not an offer
Pages on this site describe our services. They are information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a contract. Prices, allowances and availability are confirmed in a written quote or service agreement.
Service agreements
Hosted telephony, numbers and support are for business customers only and are supplied under a separate written agreement. Where these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement wins.
Using the site
You may read, print and share the pages for your own business use. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape it at volume, or use it unlawfully.
Our content
The Tweed Telecom name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors. The Manrope typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. You may not use our branding without permission.
Links to other sites
We link to other sites, including mbc.scot and, in future, the customer portal and billing systems. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw content at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to £100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
