Free minutes
The Business plan includes 100 free UK minutes each month per account (shared with any extra lines on it), to UK landlines (numbers starting 01, 02 and 03) and UK mobiles. Minutes are counted per started minute, and unused minutes don’t carry over to the next month. Free minutes don’t include calls to 055, 056, 070, 076, 084, 087, 09 and 118 numbers, Channel Islands and Isle of Man mobiles, or international numbers; these are charged at our standard call rates. Free minutes are for normal business calling from your own phones. They can’t be used for call centres, auto-diallers, resale, or to keep lines open or forward calls continuously. If use looks like this, we’ll get in touch first and may move the account to a suitable call plan.

On Business Lite, calls are pay as you go at these rates. On Business, they apply once your free minutes are used.

Rates are per minute. Porting an existing number costs from £15 per number and usually takes 5–30 working days.
